1. Our Services
Tannery X Sports provides custom manufacturing services for Sportswear, Fitness Wear, Casual Wear, and Leather Wear. Our services may include product development, sampling, customization, private labeling, branding, bulk manufacturing, and related production support.
All manufacturing requirements are discussed and confirmed with the client before production begins.
2. Product Specifications
Clients are responsible for providing accurate product requirements, including designs, measurements, colors, materials, logos, artwork, quantities, and other specifications.
Once specifications have been approved, changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs, delays, or other production adjustments.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Prices may vary depending on product specifications, materials, quantities, customization, packaging, shipping, and other requirements.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until the required terms have been mutually agreed upon and the applicable payment has been received.
4. Samples & Approvals
Where sampling is required, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before bulk production.
Once a sample, design, specification, or production detail has been approved, Tannery X Sports may proceed with production based on the approved requirements.
Minor variations in color, texture, measurements, or material characteristics may occur due to manufacturing processes and material availability.
5. Orders & Production
Production timelines are estimated based on the agreed project requirements. Delays may occur due to material availability, approvals, production conditions, shipping, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Clients are expected to provide timely approvals and information required for production.
6. Payments
Payment terms are agreed upon between Tannery X Sports and the client before production begins. Production may not commence until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Any additional requirements or changes that result in extra costs must be agreed upon before the additional work is carried out.
7. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
Clients must have the necessary rights or authorization to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, or other intellectual property provided to Tannery X Sports.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their supplied materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping arrangements, costs, delivery times, and responsibilities are agreed upon separately for each order. Delivery times may be affected by shipping providers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges may be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Product Inspection
Clients should inspect products upon receiving their order and notify Tannery X Sports of any significant issue within a reasonable period.
Claims should include relevant order information and supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and other website content may change without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Tannery X Sports will make reasonable efforts to fulfill agreed manufacturing requirements. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Changes to These Terms
Tannery X Sports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with the relevant revision date.
